They terminate fraudulent employees. They dismiss non-performing employees that sleep during the shift after three warnings and failing the PIP program - though if ever they take a nap after they finish their task for the day it's all good cause we treat employees like humanbeings NOT robots! This is because we have to safeguard keeping our operations under work-from-home status and we cannot jeopardize our operations and the welfare of our other employees by tolerating fraudulent behaviors from a few individuals.
