Pluspunten
Salary is decent. Generally easy job where most people don’t really care so it’s easy to slack off. Not an overly challenging environment. Decent spring board to a better position/company if you can leave early enough (within 1-2 years).
Minpunten
Promotion system is broken. Senior management shared the top heavy employee count and younger people had no path to promotion. Only say people proposed that had direct family relationships with clients or senior managers. Younger employees are gaslight often to keep them from receiving strong performance reviews. Hard to get any real sense of responsibility and career progress. Most work is very back end heavy. Company tech is awful, often times cannot even open up emails or files due to low memory. Managers are promoted by who has the most time on their hands or who kisses up most to head of real estate. Stay away as this will hold back career and cause mental stress.
