RS has some amazing people, a wealth of exciting opportunities to explore and huge growth potential. The pay and benefits are good and the workplaces and environment are lovely.

Minpunten

Senior leadership and the Board are entirely white (with the exception of one ethnic minority lady on the Board) and all with a similar professional background. While there are a couple of great leaders on there, they are in the minority and so there is very little diversity of thought. The negative impact that this has on exploring new ideas , creativity, productivity and nurturing a feeling of inclusion and belonging is palpable.
