Place, where automation it's an impracticable dream - werkgeversreview QA Engineer bij RSA Security

Situation in company is not stable (especially after several merging phases), e.g. AA QA department: during ~ 4 years were changed 4 managers, 4 team leaders, came & left more than 25 people... SDLC without real Automation and CI! In a fact, today 'automatic test' it's data management by XML (no Java, no Groovy, no some other programmatic language). In practice - only 20% of the testing scope relates to any automation (mostly SoapUI tool usage), all other - manual testing. No any option to real professional growth... Very strong feeling that QA Automation Engineer here - just second-class people.
