The company culture for most of RSA is one managed by fear and firefighting. Goals, planning and direction flip/flop at the whim of management and are driven by numbers and little else. People go unrecognized and don't figure into the company culture equation and it shows. There is no investment in talent. Don't plan on getting ahead or getting recognized for a job well-done unless you have an in with someone. Business units are isolated and not aligned to each other's goals.
