Great place to get experience, it is not strictly support because you have to juggle many tasks to help with the software development. The clients you support are usually very friendly despite the issues they have. Very small but welcoming team. Occasional team lunches and other events.

Low pay with little opportunity for raises. Very little opportunity for growth due to being a very small team.
