Minpunten
1. Fear based hierarchical working culture. The management adopts scare tactics to manipulate the employees’ behaviours. Inevitably, the employees become resentful towards the management, a spike in turnover rates, job dissatisfaction accelerates and employees’ motivation plummet. ” Imagine working in a toxic environment where your employer makes disparaging remarks such as addressing his employees as “idiots“ and “losers”. Utterly obnoxious and gut-churning. His behaviour is downright impertinent and totally uncalled for. In similar fashion, the employer would not let go of any window of opportunity to belittle and depreciate his employee’s self worth. In a nutshell, the employees’ opinion and concerns would be swept under the rug. In the scenario where one chooses to pursue the matter, they would orchestrate an act and brush off their concerns in a perfunctory manner. Thereafter, they would castigate that individual indirectly via a broadcast email as a weapon to silence the person. 2. Bad wifi signal and obsolete IT gadgets Be mentally prepared to sacrifice your personal hotspot during working hours. RT doesn’t have a stable wifi network. During times when their wifi is down, employees have to use their own hotspot to complete their assigned task. Apart from weak connection, their laptops are obsolete. Living in this rapidly evolving world of technology, RT LLP is still installing Windows 7 in their employee’s desktop. While technology sprints forward, RT LLP is struggling to catch up and stay relevant. Resultantly, the employees’ work efficiency and quality are compromised. Poor PC performance is also a prevalent issue faced by many staff. Constant lags and freezes are part and parcel of their daily work life. Employees are left with no choice but to clutch at straws because of the absence of IT personnel in the firm. 3. Deceptive Marketing Don‘t be deceived by the information published on RT website. It’s truly an exaggeration and outrageous claim. Their deliberate and misleading representation of facts such as the existence of an RT ASEAN Network has enticed a handful of naive employees (including myself) to work in this firm. In tangibility, there’s less than 15 employees‘ headcount in the entire firm. Unquestionably, mind-boggling and alarming. Besides, the marketing executive would constantly come up with “innovative“ ideas in a failed attempt to boost the company’s tarnished reputation by necessitate their employees to pose in front of the camera with their fake megawatt smile grinning from ear to ear.😀My advice to you is to please pull a plug on your god damn hogwash. Stop using the miserable staff as props to ramp up your propaganda. To the netizens who stumbled across this review and is considering to work in RT LLP: Think twice before joining this firm. Do not be waver by their offer and sweet talk. It may be your BIGGEST career mistake. Mark my words. Hugs and Kisses, A disgruntled former employee.
