The boss is based in Colombia, and employees are regularly expected to work 13–14 hours a day, which creates continuous pressure and unrealistic expectations so employees prefer to leave the organization in 2-3 months. In this company, deadlines, follow-ups, and coordination already require high attention, but the workload here often goes beyond reasonable limits.
