- Compensation is extremely lower than what you would expect for experience levels - Raises and bonuses have steadily gotten smaller and smaller - No clear path of progression/ leadership is slow to recognize talent - Fractured communication and collaboration between offices - Health benefits are terrible. Plans are expensive with subpar coverage.
