Pluspunten
Great, genuine, hard-working, and solid employees.
Minpunten
Leadership pushes employees hard to bill hours, perform at a high level, and consistently deliver for clients, but that same level of effort doesn’t show up internally. There’s a heavy focus on sales and outside recognition, while current employees feel stretched thin, overlooked, and treated more like marketing resources than people. It’s discouraging to hear leadership frame awards as a way to attract “better talent” instead of first taking care of the talented employees who stayed through setbacks, carried the company forward, and kept the business afloat. Recognition feels hollow when the day-to-day experience hasn’t improved. There is real work that needs to be done before RTS can truly call itself a “Great Place to Work.”
