Health, retirement and bonus benefits were outstanding and very competitive in todays market. Very flexible work hour environment and no time clock to punch. Cafeteria was stocked with food, soda, coffee and goodies that were all free. Company bought everyone lunch every Friday and had cookouts during the summer months.
Minpunten
Try to understand that when you have a sole source employee performing duties for the entire division, that things take time to process in and out of the facility. Was provided options to ease the pain but later pulled option off the table with no warning.
