Lower level managers seem to care about employees and actually appreciate the work others do.
Minpunten
Not stable, upper management has not been bringing in new work hence the layoff of April 6th. Upper management handled this layoff poorly. With over 600 jobs posted for IIS and 2400 for Raytheon, management did nothing to help place employees elsewhere, just kicked people out the door.
