Supports the warfighter. Shuts down for a week at Christmas.
Minpunten
Bogged down with over the top processes. Far too much time spent on respect and ethics training which is often times ignored by "leaders". Says they don't have "quotas" but based on the makeup of your particular location you are given a list each year stating you need to hire X number of women, X number of POC's (persons of color), etc. Whether you are qualified or not seems to be secondary.
