Poor opportunity for developing your career unless you want the company to determine it for you without any input. Haven't been promoted in 10 years mostly due to lack of assignments with visibility while those hired 10 years ago are now at my pay grade. Very little consideration for existing veteran employees moving up other than a chosen few. Company hires outside for expertise rather than giving opportunites within to advance it's personal.
