Pluspunten
I've made a lot of really good friends here and honestly enjoy every day at work. Depending on your program you can have a really great work/life balance. Down side is you may very well be on a program with terrible balance and mandatory over time. It's a government contractor. You're not going to run out of work any time soon.
Minpunten
It's so hard to get noticed and/or promoted. There are unofficial-official rules about how long you need to stay at a particular level before you're promoted. It's more based on seniority than skill.
