Pluspunten
You can move up within the company pretty fast but that’s because they have a very high turnover rate
Minpunten
I’m giving RUI a 2 because I read somewhere that they can remove one star ratings. I’d give them a -1 if that was an option. To make it short, the training is 4 weeks with 2 weeks of nesting. Durning those first 3 weeks the trainers went over PowerPoint slides in a very monotonous manner making it very difficult to stay focused & pay attention. The 4th week is when they final did training on the systems and the script. There’s 2 systems that are mainly used and we were trained on only one of them. This is def a learn on the job type of gig because the training team doesn’t teach you anything other than company jargon. Once on the floor good luck with getting support with accurate info. The leadership team is all over the place. One sup will tell you to do something, then QA penalizes you and a different sup writes you up. Most of the sups have been with the company for a few months to a year. 2 at the max! That should tell you everything you need to know for this job turnover rate. The sales goal are unattainable (unless you lie to the clients, which is encouraged) & the commission pay out is literally $5 at max per sale. you have to ask for permission to use your allotted 10 min breaks which they deny most of the time no matter if you have to use the restroom. PTO is hardly ever approved and if not used by the end of the year you will lose it. If a 90 year old clients calls in only asking for a landline, we are supposed to make them think they need internet as well as other unnecessary add ons which they will decline, we are to “overcome objections” basically coerced or manipulate them to say yes. & if they still declined, I would get ding & pulled for a coaching to see what else I could have done better on that call to make a 90 year old want something they don’t need. Overall, horrible work place. On camera 24/7 & will get called out if your entire head and shoulders are not on camera. Training is terrible & all over the place. Moving up is pretty is tho, but that’s because people keep leaving the company.
