There are a lot of components within the company that are lacking and needs improvement but become hidden by all of the “perks” offered. You just don’t realize the major issues until you are within the company instead of looking from the outside in. Lack of transparency within the organization. The communication within the organization was terrible. You wouldn’t find out big pieces of information until things had already happened. Found out about other country launches of RX after they had already happened. Inexperienced management. Inexperienced management that tended to be very micromanaging and almost bullying at times. The company needs more experience within the management team and not just promote people to manager because they have been with the company for a year. Cliquey. The company was extremely cliquey making it hard for new employees to fit in and feel welcome. Culture. Culture is what RX differentiates themselves on but it seems to have gotten lost as the main priority has shifted to grow as quickly as possible. It is a cut throat environment that almost feels toxic at times. Instead of working together to grow the company it has become very siloed.
