- unbelievable attrition, HR has no answer for the problem - lack of strategic direction from senior leaders - pay - ratings and reviews are a joke, mostly due to poor leaders - identity crisis for the company (see lack of strategic direction) - inability to attract and retain top talent; I remember a time when recruiting was ahead of the demand and we were winning - no accountability for senior leaders, they are recycled
