Minpunten
I worked at Radd as an analyst intern then as a full time SEO Analyst. First off, interns are paid minimum wage for a period of six months, much longer than it is acceptable for that sort of wage. It adds insult to injury that by the middle of your internship you are pumping out a workload equivalent to that of a full time analyst. Once you are hired on full time, pay is embarrassingly low for what is expected of you. Especially as an analyst; as an analyst you are expected to do much more than your job entails for little to no recognition. The company offers things like a full snack cabinet, company trips, monthly birthday lunches and extravagant company parties. These are well and good if it weren't for the fact that I feel as though these perks are mainly a way to distract employees from the low pay and create a relationship of false gratitude. There is little room for growth and the growth opportunities available to you hardly reflect a change in pay. Management is very horizontal and it is hard to know who is your superior, creating a strange work culture. As many have said on here, it is a revolving door atmosphere and (as an analyst) you feel completely replaceable.
