Software developers use the latest technologies and everything is open source, so the world (and future employers) can see your capabilities. There is good camaraderie among the staff. Boulder is a great place to live.

As with any consulting company, there is pressure to deliver and no guaranty of what will happen in 6 months or a year. However, the company has been growing every year since it was founded in 2013.
