Below corporate policy is not working: family working in the same department is not tolerant; respect different cultures and diversity. Families working under the same department is allowed, unemployed families are hired, and lower managers must be family's good friends, families support each other, employees appeared worried and afraid, different cultures are not always welcomed by a few families, if you are international expats, be very cautious before sign on the job contract.
