The HR department in this company has very little understanding of workload distribution across departments. Teams are severely understaffed, yet instead of urgently hiring support, management keeps sending unnecessary memos recapped and focusing on irrelevant matters.
Employees are expected to handle the workload of 2–3 people just because “things are still moving.” There is no real sense of urgency to recruit or properly support overloaded staff.
The company seriously needs to listening to employees on the ground instead of creating more unnecessary memo recap.
