Raftelis is group of smart and dedicated people who are driven to provide the best services we can to our clients - which are typically local governments and public utilities providing services (water, wasetwater, stormwater and other services) to the customers. Raftelis has supported me and provided opportunities in my areas of expertise and allowed me to get involved in other areas to continue to grow as a professional. Some may view this as a con - but I view this as a pro - with Raftelis working on cultural improvement and internal communication constantly. Being a consulting firm that has employees coast to coast providing services to over 600 clients on an annual basis - it is difficult to provide the same level of communication and inclusion for employees that are in an office - vs - employees that are remote and not in an office. "Including" those remote employees is a challenge that is recognized and I am proud that Raftelis working on improving opportunities such for these employees.
