Terrible company - werkgeversreview Intern bij Ragatex

The good thing about taking an internship in Ragatex is that after taking time off and studying for a while, you are thrown into the real work environment as soon as you start there. The sector itself is dynamic and the company is always working on itself to adapt to the global evolution, so there is always something interesting happening (eg the last year's boom in e-commerce after being mainly a wholesales stocks business is very interesting), there will always be more than a task to be responsible for and something different to learn or contribute in. The work atmosphere is dynamic, and actually multicultural. I personally got an attentive training, and I was actually glad to be given some real responsibilities after a year of being a full time student. The management was understanding of my timeline in the company, and if someone wants to stay and proves themself, there is room to grow.

The office AC was a little bit cold. I'm not sure if they fixed it

You learn a lot from all the departments, marketing, logistics, buying and commercial departments. Their strategy is very good in wholesale.

Not paid enought, not the best treatment and they don't value their staff and they don't invest in technology or people to retain them.
