The university fully geared up in 2013 with large number of intake and early seasoned staff. The management then was demanding and disciplined each employee. Great things about the environment were:- 1. Freedom to operate 2. Create an ecosystem for quality education 3. Foster and mentor motivate students 4. Lots of developmental works

The modus operations towards the growth rate was humungous leading to disruption in employees personal life. 1. Management had unrealistic expectations 2. Hardened management approached situations unethically 3. Undue pressure on responsible staff for delivery 4. Staffing of teaching staff in marketing and other miscellaneous activities 5. No paid vacations like other universities 6. No perks towards paper checking or supplementary activities 7. Performance management is a joke. HR is a joke. Entire ratings and increment depends on your HoD if he/she likes you or not! 8. Career growth is exponential if performance is beyond the benchmark. Shortly the administrative work will be more and the core specialised knowledge will decrease
