Pluspunten
Rewarding work. Great people. Good work life balance. Good pay. Not micromanaged. Entrepreneurial spirit. Large company but it's not a sterile or dull environment. You can move up fast if you are willing to move and put in extra effort to learn the Rain for Rent way. If you are self motivated, hungry, and take pride in exceeding minimum expectations you will do well. They look after their employees that have been there for a long time and go out of their way to retain them and find a place for them to contribute if they have burned out in their old positions but still have something to offer. I truly enjoy working here.
Minpunten
No one is going to hold your hand, you have to ask for support if you need it. Don't expect people to notice if you are struggling and by the time they do it may be too late. There could be better onboarding and training. A bit too lean at times. Not as much equipment availability compared to the competition and utilization expectations can be aggressive. HR department is horrible when it comes to supporting branches.
