Pluspunten
There is a pretty fun, but hardworking and free-spirited culture at FreeCause. This makes it an enjoyable environment in which to work. They offer great food, and occasional company activities, which lend to a sense of community. Almost everyone there is very nice and pleasant. The office space itself is a great space. Interesting company and work-culture.
Minpunten
The company is still small, and therefore offers the advantages, and mobility that come with a company that size. It also has a large, foreign, corporate parent that sometimes present challenges in the structure and culture of the company. Though transition has been handled pretty well. Also, because management is constantly traveling, communication and leadership is sometimes inconsistent, and at times can be misguided.
