Most of the management people are fake, liars, egoistic and manipulative. 7.Its a hub for cheap labours. All cheap labours ready to be grilled can join Rakuten India 8. Rakuten Japan is still better as compared to Indian Liar Management. 9. We do Donkey job as this is the major idea behind the model.We don't need talented people, we need Donkeys 10. When you go for an interview, you can sense that there is really no co-ordination and will be greeted by a bunch of Liars...Managers should be boot lickers ( first criteria for being a manager )
