Japanese culture - focuses on timely deliverable's and quality . The work hours adds to it(7.30am -4.30pm). Now I'm able to focus on family equally as well. Located in the coolest part of the city. Good mix of employee benefits available to employees. Learning is at a higher rate when compared to other organizations and growth opportunity is equally high
