New ex-Silicon Valley top managers are destroying the company culture with their rudeness, unnecessary stress and pressure, used to be a cool place to be despite broken internal tools and very absent management, lots of bottom-up efforts from willing employees driving the business to success, now only stressed out folks who can't execute because of broken tools and random deadlines with people shouting at them

Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
