My experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. The toxic work environment is evident when a supervisor can pick a fight with a Sales Associate. In the retail industry a supervisor is hired to inspire the staff to provide quality service to customers, instead at Ralph Lauren they are hired to intimidate the lower positions. The store managers in Singapore are utterly incompetent, displaying a complete lack of leadership skills when it comes to managing their supervisors. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, they put the blame on employees, like myself, for their own shortcomings. Let me make it clear: I come from a background of working with one of the top sports brands, where I was not only valued but also respected by management. It's abundantly clear that this company has failed miserably in managing both its stores and its employees. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

Although most people across the company are generally respectful, innovative, and smart, The RLS-NA Business Planning team have been difficult to work with. Some of their team members are unprofessional, disrespectful, and entitled. There's been 1-2 role openings every year in that pillar and its because people in that team keep leaving for other opportunities due to internal team toxicity.
