It's unfortunate that the image of a company that cares about its employees only seems to exist on LinkedIn. Recent decisions regarding the operations in Brazil were made abruptly, leaving many of us feeling unsupported and disrespected. Over time, it became clear that the local (former) leadership was inadequate and failed to protect the interests of the employees. Additionally, the corporate office never showed genuine interest in our operations. There was always a sense that we were an insignificant part of the global organization, which ultimately led to decisions that harmed more than 100 People. Despite a generally positive work environment and good benefits, the lack of attention and support from the global leadership, combined with poor local management, led to the disastrous end of our operations. Pros: Positive work environment; Competitive salaries and benefits.

A wide variety of projects and some level of autonomy when it comes to types of projects you want to work for

No consideration for employee's talent, feedbacks often just focused on negatives so they can fire you the minute you don't show "yes boss" attitude. They are not doing well revenue wise and newly hired ones are let go first, citing "performance was not good". When you first join, they tell you not to worry about billable hours for the first 3-6 months, especially when the overall consulting work load was low across the board. But then they fire you for the same reason. Some managers are very kind and supportive when they give you feedback, but if you are unlucky, your reporting manager will use that feedback against you and fire you and not say anything positive. Low compensation.
