      HR team introduced a Step Challenge initiative to encourage fitness and wellness among employees. I participated and reached Level 3, which really motivated me to make walking a part of my daily routine. It’s a simple but effective program that shows how the company cares about employee health and work-life balance. I truly appreciate such initiatives that go beyond work and contribute to our overall well-being.
