As an agency that was approached by Ramsgate or "RPM", they promised help in difficult markets that we couldn't obtain.

Minpunten

It took 2 weeks to get a response after sending them what was requested, only to find the rep quit due to not being paid. I left 3 other messages with the company and when it was finally returned we were told our business would not be looked at without documentation that we'd already sent. They were unwilling to even attempt to quote our clients, even when THEY CAME TO US. With so many former staff saying they weren't paid, how can I trust they would pay our business?

You will have nice coworkers.

Minpunten

They set goals so high that it is impossible to qualify for bonuses. If you should qualify, they complain about paying it. Then raise the bar higher. Don't fall for their BS lines of how much money you can make. It won't happen, which is why they have a revolving door for new hires.
