I'm a millennial, and I've struggled in some, prior workplaces because of outdated/bureaucratic policies and systems which just didn't make sense. I don't know how I got so lucky to work here, but I am so thankful I do- there is nowhere else I'd rather be and nowhere else that has treated me so well.

-Because we're a fully remote company, our team members are scattered around the globe- being able to hire the best people wherever they may be is a positive, for sure, but it sometimes means accommodating early meetings from other time-zones. Let’s be real, if an early morning is my biggest problem, I think we’re doing pretty well, right?
