Pluspunten
A fantastic one of a kind company that truly deeply cares about its employees, continues to grow and evolve and provides freedom. I have worked as an agile transformation consultant in the past at other companies and it was always such a struggle to teach them the basic understanding of the principles. Rangle is the first company I have ever worked with that is truly agile. That lives every single principle every single day. It is very flexible, as long as you add tangible value, you have full freedom. They want you to think, want you to grow. It's super flat, there is no hierarchy whatsoever. There is no competition. Promotions are based on performance and not on age, how many years you are in the role etc. You get so much support in terms of extra days, company programs, budget for home office, personal growth allowance. But at the end of the day, it all comes back to the people. A bunch of super smart subject matter experts who lead their own projects and PoVs.
Minpunten
This company is not for everyone. If you are looking for a place where you are told what to do, you won't like it here. Here you are asked what you want to do and what you need to make it happen, but they won't 'hold your hand'. You can always ask and brainstorm and get support if you need it, but you won't be micromanaged. So people who need a lot of structure, constant supervision and certainty, you would probably not be a good fit in here. If you are a self-starter, love dealign with curve-balls and enjoy freedom and intrapreneurship, you cannot imagine a better working environment.
