Training is non existent management is only there part of the time and not willing to listen to new suggestions or ideas. Current employees are extremely rude and gossip that everyone is incompetent in the company except them of course. No such thing as teamwork what a joke !! Huge turnover due to a toxic workplace and upper management doesn't even care enough to ask why one dept. has such a high rate of people quitting!!

Steady work.. Overtime.. Decent pay after a few years.. Solid vacation package.. We get a ham at Christmas

Lay offs every year.. Always short staffed.. no lunch break.. only off on Sundays.. High benefits.. Took away our yearly bonus.. Took away our "weekly" production bonus.. Took away one of our federal holidays.. HR is a revolving door.. 4 plant managers in 4 years
