Pluspunten
1. Remote work options available.
2. Flexible shift timings that help maintain work–life balance.
3. Salary is credited on time every month.
4. Leave approval is simple and employee-friendly — planned leaves are usually self-approved as long as you inform your manager a few days in advance.
Minpunten
1. Limited availability of good projects; even when interesting projects come in, they tend to be short-term (2–3 months). There is very little scope for learning or career growth. Not ideal for those seeking strong technical progression, as work is mostly process-oriented and non-technical, with minimal consideration for an employee’s expertise or preferred technical domain.
2. Health insurance benefits are poor. The family coverage is only ₹5 lakh, and although premiums are deducted for parents, there is no separate insurance coverage allocated for them.
3. The number of leaves is quite low — 14 days of paid leave and 8 days of casual leave annually.
4. Some managers practice micro-management, which can affect the work environment and overall employee experience.
