Pluspunten

Er zijn veel groei kansen. En met de juiste instelling kan je doorgroeien en veel leren. Leuke sfeer en collega’s!

Minpunten

De onstuimige groei is erg leuk maar zorgt er wel voor dat er soms wat structuur mist. Daar word aan gewerkt maar zorgt soms wel voor gemiste kansen.

1. Remote work options available. 2. Flexible shift timings that help maintain work–life balance. 3. Salary is credited on time every month. 4. Leave approval is simple and employee-friendly — planned leaves are usually self-approved as long as you inform your manager a few days in advance.

Minpunten

1. Limited availability of good projects; even when interesting projects come in, they tend to be short-term (2–3 months). There is very little scope for learning or career growth. Not ideal for those seeking strong technical progression, as work is mostly process-oriented and non-technical, with minimal consideration for an employee’s expertise or preferred technical domain. 2. Health insurance benefits are poor. The family coverage is only ₹5 lakh, and although premiums are deducted for parents, there is no separate insurance coverage allocated for them. 3. The number of leaves is quite low — 14 days of paid leave and 8 days of casual leave annually. 4. Some managers practice micro-management, which can affect the work environment and overall employee experience.

Minpunten

- Below market average for salary. - Major lack of accountability from middle and upper management. - Purchasing of smaller companies to boost client list and opportunities only to "trim the fat" and make employees redundant 12 months later. - As other reviews have stated. Focus on raw numbers rather than prioritising the people. - Current employees noting that salary increases were denied for 2 consecutive YEARS. - Retention issues.
