Every move and phone call is monitored by cameras &/or management. No respect-even to those with 20 years experience in the field. Micro managers with no experience in the industry. Employees do not have their own computer, even though they are expected to follow-up and email every customer they come into contact with. Salespeople are back stabbing liars and management are idiots. It is a prison. Most people could make more on unemployment or working at Ralphs.
