      Good environment, my site was a bit old fashioned when I started but they were improving and getting up to date with technology. Rapport does a lot of events to empower their employees

      Seems to be a bit of preference from the bigger contract sites. The smaller contracts are a bit forgotten.

      Job is easy. I liked my planning team. Working at Capital One Campus was amazing

      Constant HR problems. Leadership was always hesitant to act against our hostile work environment. Complaints were not taken seriously. Terrible time off, no flexibility on work from home days. Coworkers would come in sick because we had no option to WFH. Constant policy changes - started out as Hybrid for 2 days a week, every year they added on more days without changing our pay.
