This is why we have multiple channels for feedback and support, including speaking to your manager; our intranet platform, MyRapport; the ability to speak to anyone in head office; the employee forum; the Compass ‘Speak Up’ programme; and the employee assistance support line. We host regular feedback forums and conduct at least two employee surveys a year so that we can continually improve. We have robust HR processes in place and continue to deliver the appropriate training to our managers to ensure they are following these. We are committed to improving our processes and ensuring that all employees feel supported.
