Little to no training; expected to know everything upon hire. Witnessed continuous bullying by management who are seemingly intelligent, and not hesitate to tell you when they were actually present at the office. Upper management has family and in-laws working there to insulate them and their insecurities. Largely inept, some people are simply not leaders, and unfortunately one can only fake it so long.
