There’s a tendency to view challenges through rose-tinted glasses, ignoring systemic issues that need urgent attention. People Operations is ineffective, with inconsistent treatment of employees, further eroding trust. Additionally, there’s a noticeable absence of company culture, leaving employees feeling unvalued and unappreciated. Overall, it’s challenging to see a sustainable future here unless drastic improvements are made.
