The top-down leadership is most definitely, practice what you preach, focussing on how the business can solve problems, not sell products. Technology comes first with 70% staff in these roles, means new products are developed not just promised as so frequently happens Great culture, with emphasis on interdepartmental socialising. Great Communication, from business policy, marketing, industry changes etc with what we need to be aware of.

I have recently joined the company and I can easily tell it has the best culture and working environment I have experienced. Everyone is not only really nice, they are good at what they are doing. From the interview process to the onboarding everything was very well thought and distinctively designed.

I haven't yet experienced any cons to mention. May be a better coffee machine for the office. :)
