Training, development and overall work environment was drama free and professional. The work was rewarding and pay was higher than any other security service in the local area.

I requested a compressed workweek and was given three 12 hours shift. While the shifts were long - it did allow me 4 days off each week so that was a nice trade off.

None I can think of.

Seriously the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of working for. I have over twelve years of certified law enforcement experience and over 20 years in the military but I was treated like dirt. Shortly after I was hired I contracted COVID and ended up in ICU at the hospital. My wife let Raven Security know what happened. I was in the hospital for 36 days, most of the time in a coma. I almost didn't make it but shortly after I was moved out of ICU, 'Commander Ralph' (the moniker he goes by and whom I've never met) began harassing my wife and I, saying he was going to file charges against me for not returning my uniform. Seriously??? I just came out of a month long coma, I could barely walk, was on heavy supplemental oxygen 25 hours a day and 'Commander Ralph' is threatening and insulting me, saying he 'talked to the doctor' and I really wasn't that sick... Unbelievable! First off, it would have been a major violation of HIPPA to say anything to anyone without my consent (which I never gave) and to basically say that I'm a liar when I have plenty of documentation from medical providers, including photos of me from ICU, leaves me speechless. This company and 'Commander Ralph' are horrible and have absolutely no compassion whatsoever. Avoid Raven Security at all costs!!!
