Working at this company was a disappointing experience. If you're someone who takes pride in working hard and going above and beyond, be warned — that can actually work against you here. Working harder than the leads or certain favored individuals will only make you a target. Instead of being recognized, you’re more likely to be isolated or criticized.
There’s a clear pattern of favoritism, and decisions often feel personal rather than performance-based. Petty reasons are sometimes used to let people go, while others who consistently underperform or create toxic environments are rewarded and protected. Managers tend to reward the wrong people and undermine those who are genuinely trying to contribute and improve things.
It’s frustrating to feel like your efforts don’t matter, and that doing the right thing can actually hurt your standing. Unfortunately, this culture makes it hard to grow or feel supported.
