Forget about benefits like health insurance or retirement plans – there are none. They force you to be in the office every single day, no exceptions, and they treat you like a criminal, constantly monitoring your every move and spying on you. There's zero trust in the employees, which creates a suffocating and demoralizing environment. To top it off, the facilities are disgusting and outdated.
