No cons I can think of

1. New Orleans cuisine. 2. Tips loaded to pay card at the end of the day but it’s when the manager closes out the restaurant around 12-1am.

1. They make employees pay for an app to see their schedule. 2. Require employees to use their pay card instead of direct deposit to a bank account. You can set up direct deposit from the pay card but it’s a hassle. 3. Management having relationships with subordinates (servers scheduled on their shifts). 4. Favorites are given better shifts. To penalize the ones they don’t like, those people are scheduled for opening lunch shift.
