Pluspunten
The people are friendly and will always give you a smile as they walk past. Many of them higher ups, so they have a strong work ethic and are busy most of the day.
Minpunten
There is no trickle down of information from the top to lower levels. From my experience, you have to ask repeatedly for information, to sit in on meetings, or just to have work handed to you. They will say that flexibility is fine initially, but not come back and address any issues. Moved to multiple different teams within weeks because of lack of work, but ultimately ended up back where I started. Hired under the basis of "limited experience is good experience," then shown frustration when asked for more explanations. I found my time to be frustrating communicating with managers and did not give much to add for future success.
