- Low salaries.
- Very Few allotted Holidays.
- The retention rate at Reach First is practically ZERO.
- Management is extremely incompetent, boot lickers and they never help/support a competent and qualified employee or even endorse him/her to the CEO regarding appraisals. They are fond of taking the credits.
- Because of lower salaries here, they coax the new employees by offering them higher positions earlier than the required time. I have seen interns and junior kids with little to no experience being promoted to Assistant Managers (only position is updated, not the salary bracket) within a year here. This leads to the confusion about the proper merit and hierarchy standards.
